We offer full refunds on all products within 30 days of purchase date.
We ship all purchases based on current production time. Our products ship through USPS, UPS, and Fedex. Generally you can expect your items within 2-3 weeks but there may be situations of lost goods, resulting in longer delays. There are also unknowns for international customers regarding shipping and customs. If you do not receive your product within 4 weeks, please contact us.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with a full refund. Customer is responsible for the price of shipping the item back to Collegiate Productions / Go Fish Trade.
Customer may cancel orders within 30 days for a full refund. Beyond 30 days, cancellations will not be accepted.
